Built for you, not around you.

The story behind Pearl Fitness — and the women it's built for.

Our Story

A gym that started with a gap in Charholi Budruk.

Pearl Fitness didn't start as a business plan — it started as a frustration shared by almost every woman we spoke to in Charholi Budruk and the surrounding lanes: there was nowhere close by to train seriously, without sharing a gym floor with strangers, working around someone else's timings, or feeling like an afterthought in a mixed space built mostly for men.

So we built the gym we couldn't find. A private, women-only studio with trainers who specialise in coaching women, class sizes small enough that your form actually gets corrected, and hours that work around real mornings and real evenings — not a franchise timetable.

Pearl Fitness is entrepreneurial by design: independently run, closely managed, and shaped directly by the women training here — not a template dropped into the neighbourhood.

"We didn't want to build another gym women had to adapt to. We wanted one that adapted to them."
— Pragati Auti, Founder
Our Values

What Pearl Fitness stands for.

01

Athletic, Not Aesthetic-Only

We train for strength and function first — how you look follows from how you train, not the other way around.

02

Premium, Without Pretension

A studio that feels considered and well-kept — without making anyone feel like they don't belong in it.

03

Honest About Effort

No shortcuts, no gimmicks, no promises we can't back up. Just consistent coaching and honest progress.

04

Welcoming, By Design

Every new member walks in as a beginner once. We remember that, and we build the space around it.

Meet The Founder

Pragati Auti

Pragati founded Pearl Fitness with one goal: give the women of Charholi Budruk a place to train that was built specifically for them — not adapted from somewhere else.

As Founder & Head Trainer, she leads Pearl's coaching philosophy and works directly with new members on their first sessions, making sure every program starts with a real conversation, not a generic form.
